Robert Sanchez picked up the reins at Cactus Creek Coffee after twenty years of military service and plenty of experience seeking out the perfect cup. With his wife's barista background and love for the service industry, their family moved the mobile coffee trailer from its Abilene roots to McGregor, putting their own spin on classic favorites.
